AI Notice
Gleezor AI assistance may use generative AI or local AI. Answers, summaries, and drafts generated by AI are labeled as AI output, and users must review final decisions.
App Permissions
If a client app requests permissions such as camera, microphone, photos/files, notifications, or storage, Gleezor discloses the purpose and whether each permission is required or optional. Refusing optional permissions does not block the basic service.
Marketing Communications
Marketing SMS and email are sent only to users who expressly opt in. Messages include advertising notice, sender information, and free opt-out instructions. Night-time marketing from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m. is sent only with separate consent.
Location Data
Gleezor does not collect precise personal location data such as GPS through the public website or Central service. For security, billing-region, and statistical purposes, IP may be resolved to an approximate region such as country code, but raw IP is not retained beyond that purpose.
Security and Breach Response
Passwords and tokens are not stored or logged in plaintext, and request, response, and error logs are masked or excluded where needed. If Gleezor becomes aware of a personal-data breach, legally required notices and reports are handled within 72 hours.
Recurring Billing and Free Trials
Free trials do not convert to paid recurring billing, and recurring charges are not increased, unless separate consent is obtained within 30 days before the conversion or increase.
Enterprise Onsite Work
Hardware installation, onsite support, ongoing maintenance, and disk management are governed by separate quotations, statements of work, or contracts. Capacity expansion, spec changes, parts replacement, and data migration may require separate agreement.
