Understand the connection flow in three scenes
Connect becomes easier when separated into the employee app, the admin permission screen, and the access device used on-site.
1. Employees choose their work screen in the app
Employees do not need to memorize server addresses, port numbers, or VPN settings. After sign-in, they only see work screens they are allowed to open.
2. Admins decide who can connect where first
Admins centrally manage employee cloud computers and allowed devices. Access for departed employees or outside contractors is also cleaned up in one place.
3. Use existing PCs or small devices as access terminals
Work applications and files stay on the central cloud computer, while on-site devices can be used only as windows into that screen.
